Preparing for better
remote care
Adults 18+ · Physically in England
MyVirtualClinic is preparing for CQC registration to provide remote primary healthcare for adults aged 18 and over who are physically in England.
Consultations, prescribing and patient booking are not available. Every clinical pathway remains on hold until registration, clinical approval and operational testing are complete.

Minor illnesses — planned
Planned care must follow approved pathways and individual competence. Consultations and prescribing remain unavailable until registration and all release checks are complete.

Remote care has limits
Weight-management prescribing is excluded. Some symptoms need examination, tests or urgent care. A future clinician must decline treatment when remote assessment is unsuitable.
Our approach to care
Built around patients
Our planned service uses video or telephone assessment for adults aged 18 and over who are physically in England. Identity, medication history, clinical suitability and relevant NHS GP information must be checked before any prescribing decision. Consultations are not yet available.
Compassionate Care
Our intended approach is respectful, individualised care. Future consultations will consider consent, capacity, safeguarding and whether remote care is suitable. These arrangements remain subject to implementation, testing and authorisation.
Experienced Healthcare Professionals
Our planned team includes healthcare professionals whose registration, training and competence must be verified for each authorised pathway. No clinician is currently released to provide patient consultations through MyVirtualClinic.
Care that respects your needs
Our planned approach considers each person’s needs, preferences and circumstances. Remote care must be appropriate for the individual, with clear information and follow-up arrangements before any pathway is released. Consultations remain unavailable.
